About.
Moriah Moser is an artist, teacher, and therapist living on the coast of Maine, where she moved 35 years ago with her family.
Moriah has been studying and practicing Authentic Movement since 1980, when she received her Masters Degree in Dance Movement Therapy from Antioch University. She met Janet Adler during this time and has continued studying and training in this particular lineage of the Discipline of Authentic Movement, becoming one of the faculty members in Circles of Four, an international training program for teachers of the discipline created by Janet Adler. Moriah designed a class called The Inner Dance, in which she invites participants to develop their capacities toward inner awareness as they engage with the discipline, guided imagery, dance, somatic practices, art making, and journaling. She resides on the coast of Maine where she is a pastel painter, yoga teacher and holds retreats in the Discipline of Authentic Movement.
Moriah works with individuals and small groups teaching yoga and the Discipline as well as offering retreats online and in person in her studio, Indigomoon Healing Arts Center.
